Move most documentation to GitBook #121

Essentially, I feel this repo is way too cluttered. What I want to do is remove the files from this repo for

I'd still like to keep the Contributing guidelines and COC (to keep the community standards in check, and also for people who don't want to go outside of GitHub to see all of this).

Contributing and COC will still be on GitBook aswell, and I plan to add a few more pieces of documentation, or seperating parts of the documentation into new categories.

This will include deleting the associated 3 Markdown files from the repo.

The assets associated with them will be kept as a backup, and/or for future use.

Current status is that I've added most of the things I needed to onto GitBook, and i've configured a custom subdomain (https://docs.inttter.com) that's live now!

Essentially all I need to do is remove the old Markdown files and re-adjust a few bits of information, both in the README and on the website.
