Hey everyone, here is my first stab at the image snapshot plugin. Please let me know your feedback and what you think of the direction. If it's not right for inclusion in the project that's fine too!

Alright team, I'm about to merge this into production in my company's CI environment. I added some of the feedback. Let me know if there is anymore feedback.
