Add/fix the Requirement assessments page

The Requirements assessments page technically exists (https://localhost:8443/requirement-assessments) but :

• isn't present in the menu
• seems to top out at 500 items

I, for one, would use it

Hello @tovam , as you mentioned it does exist indeed but we removed it from the menu until we add proper filters to make it more usable, as it can get crowded if you have multiple audits with large number of requirements. maybe we will add an additional entry on the menu for experimental features, right below the Extra section.
