It already exists. the rewrite rule for it is missing. I'll add it this week. There is a method in the homepage controller which generates the sitemap.

why url its local.phpguide.co.il ? (no update the code after up?)

There are no local. links in the production version ( http://phpguide.co.il/sitemap.xml ) in your localhost version please visit http://localhost/homepage/sitemap and the links will get fixed for you.
