Save / Restore Menu Layout column widths #326

ROM list already saves / loads column widths in user settings. GTK has settings, but they are never updated.

ROM list presently only updates setting during its OnDestroyed override - which is extremely late during process shutdown. Menu layout could take a similar tack, or we could update more frequently, and by implication save settings much more frequently.
