Windows: Multi-select tree (menu editor) #342

In Windows, it sure would be nice to be able to select multiple items in the menu layout editor to change colors or move to another folder, for example.

The WPF TreeView control does not provide baked-in support for multiple item selection, unlike its counterparts in GTK or Cocoa. Go figure.
