BibTex:

@article{Andrews1991,
  ISSN = {00129682, 14680262},
  author = {Donald W. K. Andrews},
  journal = {Econometrica},
  number = {3},
  pages = {817--858},
  publisher = {[Wiley, Econometric Society]},
  title = {Heteroskedasticity and Autocorrelation Consistent Covariance Matrix Estimation},
  volume = {59},
  year = {1991}
}

This is what gets rendered:

Andrews, Donald W. K. “Heteroskedasticity and Autocorrelation Consistent Covariance Matrix Estimation.” Econometrica, vol. 59, no. 3, [Wiley, Econometric Society], 1991, pp. 817–58.

See, 817–58, but should be 817–858.
