Footnotes before references. #338

Hi,

First, thank you for this gem - it makes citing references very convenient.

I had a question regarding the relative ordering of footnotes and the references. In the default setup, references show up first, followed by footnotes. This is confusing to look at if you have a long reference list. Do you know if this behavior can changed to have the reference section appear at the end of the document, after the footnotes?
