can I set the bouncescroll speed? #385

I got a problem, I wanna change the bouncescroll speed make it more like overdrive scroll in IOS device. In the nicescroll the speed is too fast. and the scrollbar is just throw the contain~ if I can change it like the iScroll Plugin: http://cubiq.org/iscroll-5
