fixed lines according to issue #618

Greetings, I changed the lines accroding to @masandoval answer in issue #588. It seems to fix some bugs with scroll bar disappear.

@alexandr-bbm I noticed you only made the change to jquery.nicescroll.js and not jquery.nicescroll.min.js. Can you update your PR so it's applied to both copies? Thanks.

@quantumpacket Thank you for the reply. In new commit I updatedjquery.nicescroll.min.js as well.
