Used NiceScroll for years in multiple projects based on Bootstrap 3 with great pleasure and love the plugin!!!!
I have set up a website with a configuration containing NiceScroll in Bootstrap 4 beta 2 that worked flawlessly in Bootstrap 3.
The problems are: scroll top from page to page on Android and iPhone doesn't always work, Scroll on the iPad is choppy and clicking from one page to the other can get the page stuck half way and it's impossible to scroll to the bottom on all devices.
