Nested scrollbars: need to crop rails. #741

I have nested cropped scrollboxes. How can I make the outer box crop the inner scrollbar?

Can I specify parent container for specific scroll groups?

See screenshot (on yandex.disk): scrolled content already cropped by scrollbar rail overlaps ther parent div.
