scrolls unexpectedly on moving mouse cursor #808

Hi,

Nicescroll scrolls on moving the mouse cursor which is not an expected behavior i believe. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?

I use v3.6.8 which shows this behavior only on moving the cursor over an overflowing child div element. But v3.7.6 scrolls everytime i move my cursor towards the top or bottom of the div element.
