niceScroll with re sizable textarea height. #821

Hello.

I've a textarea with height 50px and on focus it become 250px https://prnt.sc/rnlu9z

So scroll bar not takes it's live height. when focused on textarea, textarea takes it's new height with scrollbar. but when unfocused the scroll bar stills in same height!
