Smoothscroll #828

Hi,

In the 3.5.0 everything was working fine but I had an error in Chrome that was corrected here in the 3.7.6 version. So I did the update and apply that "patch", everything is fine now except that smoothscroll is not working anymore (even before the "patch") : smoothscroll is set to "true", I have no error in the console, any idea ?
