[Background Images] -- Update the background images used for non-portal pages #106

The background images should be updated (images were provided on slack) and each non-portal page should have its own unique image.

The images could be structured as follows:

  1. Landing Page -> bow-bowed-instrument-bowed-stringed-instrument-165974.jpg
  2. Forgot Password Page -> keyboard-music-sheet-musical-instrument-210764.jpg
  3. Registration Page -> saxophone-music-gold-gloss-45243.jpeg

The other two images can be utilized either for future non-portal pages or for our CS 426 project website.
