[Forms] -- Update the forms for non-portal pages #107

The forms for the non-portal pages are currently transparent and hard to read.

  1. The forms need to be updated so that each input section appears on a new line.
  2. The forms need to have a solid background rather than a transparent one so that it is easier to read form-text.

This issue has been resolved by me. Closing this issue.
