[Admin Portal] -- Update CSS for multiple pages #108

The admin portal needs to have its CSS updated so that it looks more visually appealing.

  1. The create an event and schedule an event pages need to have forms with borders rather than forms that just sit in the page.
  2. The generate documents page needs to have its selections centered on the page rather than left-justified.
  3. The generate documents page should contain an interface similar to the customer portal's register for an event page so that it is intuitive and guides the end-user through the document generation process.
