[Front-End, Portals] -- Page Headers Need to Match Drawer/Component Names #120

Currently, some page headers do not match their drawer/component names. The drawer name, component name, and page header should all be uniformly named.

Example: Currently in the customer portal the "My Participants" drawer tab has a page header of "Participants" this should be changed to "My Participants." Another example would be in the admin portal the Drawer Tab should render as "Schedule An Event" but currently the page header says "Create Schedule."
