Add a "Back to Dashboard" to each page.

I've decided that it would be a better design to add a single button next to the theme and sign out buttons for going back to the dashboard so I will implement that instead.

This issue has been addressed. It will need to be updated later for the teacher and admin portals by passing the userType as props to the ShellHeader.js file.
