[Feb. 22nd Demo] -- Admin Portal, Add a Teacher #135

Create a new drawer tab similar to upload music except this will be for a list of teachers contained in a .CSV file which can be saved to the server and then used as the list of teachers for a particular event.

Decided to implement the "as is" Add a Teacher drawer tab instead which allows for manual entry of teachers. In the future we may be able to extend this component by allowing for .CSV upload.
