The document generator needs to be implemented. Our test/dummy-account for the customer portal which will have at least one registered participant should be able to be used to demonstrate that the document generator is functional.

A working version has been built for the 'announcing sheets' document. This issue will be closed once @invainn connects the program to the web application.
