Dr. Harris would like an initial solution for dealing with failed or incomplete registrations/payments. Ideally, Dr. Harris would like failed payments to notify an administrator so that they can inform the customer that their payment failed and their registration is frozen/pending.

BrainTree has a function that emails the admin automatically when a transaction has failed including transaction details.
