Dr. Harris would like the Add a Teacher component in the Admin Portal to have the capability to manually add a single teacher.

Teachers can now register via the landing page thanks to @invainn. A verification system needs to be created in the admin portal before a teacher is granted access to their portal and displayed to customers as a verified teacher. Closing this issue.
