Light/Dark Theme does not propagate to all text uniformly #93

When switching between themes, some CSS or text will not reflect a theme change. For example, when switching from the dark theme to the light theme the underline on page headers do not change colors properly. This issue also affects some buttons or other text depending on the page.

The issue has been rewritten as issue #103 with more clarity about the application bug-fix and enhancements being requested.
