Reported problem with profile dialog in multi-monitor situations #17

I've had an anonymous feedback report that on some platform when using multiple 
monitors the profile picker dialog will sometimes appear on the secondary 
monitor and not interact properly.

There isn't any obvious reason I can see for this and I can't reproduce this on 
the only system I can set up with multiple monitors, which is a Win7 laptop. If 
this is occurring to more people then I'd like to gather more data about it and 
whether (especially on Windows XP) there are third-party desktop managers - 
including display manufacturer ones like nView - present.

I'll create an update which tries to force the dialog position to see if that 
helps.
