Can't find ISP #41

I cant seem to get this working. When i try to auto detect my ISP settings it 
doesn't do anything. 

I get.

Country: AU
ISP: Unknown
Filter: # No specific content server for your ISP
Hosts:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
