Azure CosmosDB support #83

Hi there and thanks for providing this project!

Are there any plans to be able to connect to an Azure CosmosDB graph database? In comparison to your default Gremlin endpoint ws://ip-address:8182/gremlin it runs under wss://:443/gremlin and requires a key for authentication and the database/collection names, see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cosmos-db/create-graph-gremlin-console#ConnectAppService.
