I've been using Window Borderless Gaming for a long time and I'm now trying NoMoreBorder, which looks much lighter and windows react much less erratically.
However, compared with my current games, some of them can't be resized, whereas Window Borderless Gaming used to be able to. Two examples are Dota 2 and Once Human. I'll add to this list when I see more.
In any case, it's a great job you're doing, because software that can do this is either very old and out of date, or doesn't allow you to force a ratio with custom resolutions.
