I have included all the commits so it is easy to audit to see if there are any secrets.
Pretty sure there are not, it didn't even have a readme before.
Once this passed review we can change the repos visability and make it public,
and can register the package.
This doesn't have CI enabled because it is currently set to private.
Passes all test locally, which is should since nothing but the package name changed
