BTW shall we commit past history from the Invenio repository, as we did for "intbitset"? I can again prepare PR for that.

We should be careful with the producer rules, because we have for example 245.. will take any indicator, but when we produce the output we will produce 245__. Simply removing the marc tag and leaving only the subfield should output the same as in the input
