search: add opensearch2 as available option #231

maybe reorder opensearch2 to be in front, s.t. it is the default option?

and i'm not sure how to best manage the OS image versions, b/c it's a bit ugly as is here... maybe we could have a dictionary {"opensearch1": "1.3", "opensearch2": "2.3"} and use that for building the OS image tag?
