i18next: support user defined overriden translations for react #279

This PR is part of a proposed solution developed during the InvenioRDM workshop in Munster (March 2024) for overriding all translations in your cookie-cutter instance. You can read more about the proposed solution here.

Since that time there is also an ongoing discussion in the RFC.
