removes test mode and the test DOI prefix 10.5072, deprecated and removed by DataCite
update doc to link to DataCite testing doc
replaces default URLs with test URLs
removes Python 2 from the code
changes the DataCiteRequest object to return a requests response
changes default test_mode param in tests to be True
closes #46
