BETTER Adds liberal conversion functions for MARC21, which allows all datafields, subfields and indicators, without breaking compatibility with strict MARC21

Sorry, I've been busy with other issues the last week. I hope I can get back to handling this PR soon. Meanwhile, I've added a bugfix in this commit: https://github.com/inveniosoftware/dojson/pull/186/commits/9aaeb8bcdb52358ede8dba628722dfd5d31831bf

Would be great if you could give it a look :)
