Duplicate fields in bibliographic MARC21 json schemas #189

The populate-instance.sh script in invenio installation guide crashes due to using an old bd-v1.0.0.json. Updating it to b2-v1.0.2.json fails in the invenio records create command because there are duplicate fields for access_method and source_of_code
