Allows #3769 in invenio repo to be merged.

FIX Removes duplicate fields (closes #189): access_method in bd84188x-v1.0.1.json source_of_code in bd01x09x-v1.0.1.json

@dinosk could you reduce the number of characters on the first line of the commit message? For now the rule is no more than 50 characters.

@dinosk Sorry another rule, which will apparently disappear next Monday ;): no verb in the first line. What about this one: contrib: removal of duplicates in MARC21 schemas
