ingress: Rewrite Ingress resource

Description

This change rewrites major parts of the Ingress resource to bring it up-to-date with the current Ingress API specifications, along with some other improvements. This includes:

• Ability to set custom annotations.
• Dynamic creation of TLS secret name.
• Remove support for networking.k8s.io/v1beta1.
