Generate ORCID and ROR URLs from the backend. #1351

In the file /assets/semantic-ui/js/invenio_*/search/components.js of both invenio-app-rdm and invenio-communities, the URLs for ORCID and ROR, in the "getIcon" function, should come from the backend, instead of coming from the creator defined in the frontend.
