The global burger menu needs some better organizing of the content, and improvements of accessibility.

Mockups needed. Check semantic-ui possibilities e.g. https://react.semantic-ui.com/modules/sidebar/.

Hi, I think the global burger also needs to be reviewed from an accessibility standpoint. Last I checked it had some issues.
