Add the "My Dashboard" link to the user dropdown menu

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

From librarians at NU: they would like to see the "My Dashboard" link in the user dropdown as well. (I am still waiting on further motivation from the librarians - but it seems to be for consistency / least surprise)

Add it to this dropdown:

I've had some discussions with @jennur on this issue. So overall, there's definitely some improvements that can be made to the My Dashboard link and user menu. It requires a more mocking up.

One idea (which still needs work) is to replace the user menu with another menu:

• Uploads
• Communities
• Requests
• Settings or My account or Profile
