Layout/Design: Stronger contrast of hints in fields #1623

Describe the bug

Fields that you can write into give you information of what you can fill in. However the contrast (when the cursor is not in the field, and even when in the field) is not that strong and reading the hints (and thereby figuring out what the field does) is hard.

Steps to Reproduce (one Example)

  1. Go to https://inveniordm.web.cern.ch/me/uploads (sign up if needed).
  2. Try to figure out the difference between the two search bars on this page.

Expected behavior

Easier access to the hints and thereby understand the differences between these two search-bars.

Additional context

This is only one example of low contrast of field-hints.
