Incorrect metadata-only tag on uploads page

Describe the bug

Records on the uploads page are always labeled as "metadata only", even if files are attached

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a draft record with files
2. Go to uploads page
3. See that it is labeled with the "metadata-only" blue tag
4. Notice that the access status facet on the left has an "Open" entry, which is your record

Expected behavior

The "Open" green tag appears, like the normal search results page

This is related to https://github.com/inveniosoftware/invenio-app-rdm/issues/1233

It has to do with "my dashboard" showing a mix of records and drafts, and an incompatible mix-up between the files property of records and drafts.
