Adding two orcids for a creator leads to blank page on saving the record

Describe the bug

When creating a record (metadata-only with all minimal required fields filled), setting for Name identifiers of a creator two orcids and saving the record, you get a blank page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://inveniordm.web.cern.ch/uploads
2. Fill in minimal needed fields for a metadata-only record
3. Add 0000-0001-5688-8836 and 0000-0001-7298-7631 as Name identifiers for the creator
4. Save record
5. See blank page

Expected behavior

Getting a sensible error-message that a creator can only have one orcid.
