Non-localized strings #2541

Describe the bug

Labes "Funding" and "Awards" are not localized in invenio_app_rdm/theme/assets/semantic-ui/js/invenio_app_rdm/deposit/RDMDepositForm.js

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select non-English locale
  2. Start new upload
  3. See messages in English

Expected behavior

Message should be displayed in current locale
