Some custom field linking is Incorrect #2833

Describe the bug

Some search links for custom fields aren't correct. I haven't looked at all the custom fields so I don't know the full scope.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to
  2. Scroll down to Software
  3. Click on Development Status Active
  4. See no results

Expected behavior

The link should be to https://zenodo.org/search?q=custom_fields.code%5C%3AdevelopmentStatus.id%3A"active"&l=list&p=1&s=10&sort=bestmatch (with the id field added and the value lowercased) or to the title field.
