Members tab disappears on Request details page #2874

Describe the bug

When accessing a request details inside a community, the members tab which was accessible before disappears.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to a community
Click on requests
Access the details of any request (in this case testing a closed request)
See how the members tab disappears.

Expected behavior

The members tab shouldn't disappear.
