fixes global variable issue of instance_path and static folder
addresses (/inveniosoftware/pytest-invenio/issues/17)

to be merged after https://github.com/inveniosoftware/invenio-base/pull/142

You'll likely need a 1.1.0 release of Invenio-Base but I'll like to have inveniosoftware/invenio-base#138 and inveniosoftware/invenio-base#139 fixed first.

Invenio-Base v1.1.0 has been merged. Can I get you to update the setup.py dependencies and add a release commit on top for v1.2.0
