Update resource type vocabulary #1348

I am trying to update the resource type vocabulary of an existing invenio instance without wiping the database. Is it possible currently and if not, where would I start to try and implement it?

Give https://github.com/inveniosoftware/invenio-rdm-records/pull/1303 at try. It won’t delete resource types, since that is much more complicated
