LICENSE: Move the CERN rights waiver outside of main license. #120

Most Invenio modules specify standard MIT license in LICENSE file, with disclaimer about rights waiver in docs/license.rst

Since there's no docs in this module, LICENSE is left with CERN waiver, but should eventually be uniformized and the waiver moved to docs/separate file etc.
